The invention relates to casting | equipment and can be used to fill containers in outer space under weightless conditions.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the beverage by maintaining the required amount of carbon dioxide in it during the entire process of filling the container and the possibility of filling the container containing a rigid vessel with a folding bag inside it, a tip for drinking, a valve associated with the latter for starting and stopping the beverage and feed cylinder.
Fig „1 shows the proposed system, side view; in fig. 2 and 3 are the same examples of execution.
The system consists of a supply rigid container 1, a folding megaca 2 located therein for a prepared beverage, a tube 3 with channels for the passage of the beverage therein, a valve mechanism 4, a source of compressed gas 5 and a pressure control mechanism 6 of the compressed gas inside the container the container 1 has a lid (which interacts with the fastening element 8 of the bag 2) and safety valves 9 and 10 for pressure relief, and the upper end of the tube 3 enters the socket 11 of the valve mechanism 4.
The container may have a plate 12 with holes and a connecting element 13 for the nozzle 14.
Instead of a valve assembly, an electric pump 15 can be used, the tube 3 is connected to the receiving container by means of a flexible tube 16, and the pump 15 is controlled by a switch 17.
The pressure mechanism may be in the form of a compressor 18 connected to a relay 19, which is also connected to the hose 20.
The system works as follows. The container 1 is filled with gas to create a counter-pressure coming from the source 5 of the compressed gas through the pressure regulator and the nozzle 14 inserted into the connecting element 13.
The gas entering the container 1 passes through the holes in the plate 12 and creates pressure on the side walls of the bag 2, which is transferred to the carbonated beverage in it. The love gas is regulated by the mechanism 6

adjusting the pressure to 0.42 Pa. This pressure is maintained almost constant and sufficient to maintain in the bag 2 CO2 in the solution, as well as to force the beverage out of the bag 2 through the valve 3 into the filled container when the valve mechanism 4 is open.
In another embodiment, the source 5 of the compressed gas and the pressure control mechanism 6 of the compressed gas may be located inside the container 1 under the plate 12, which additionally provides protection in case of a break of the cartridge.
For the safety of container 1, safety valves 9 and 10 can be installed in it, which are set to 0.50 Pa.
The upper end of the tube 3 is fixed in the socket 11 of the valve mechanism 4 When the system according to FIG. 2 is used, an electric pump 15 connected to the tube 3 and the receiving container tip using a flexible tube 16 is used instead of the valve assembly. The pump 15 is turned on and off by a switch 17 associated with the power source.
In the embodiment of FIG. 3, the pressure in the container 1 is maintained by a compressor 18 connected to an electrical pressure switch 19.
The relay 19 is set to turn on the compressor 18 when the pressure drops in the hose 20, which communicates with the cavity of the container 1.
In order to fill the container with the beverage in the bag, the valve mechanism 4 is opened manually.
